Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Stergo Media’s website, client account and services. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms (User Agreement).

Acceptable use

You may use your account and our services for lawful business purposes — ordering services, managing projects and handling billing — in line with the Terms and applicable law.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use the services to:

  • Upload, request or distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person.
  • Send spam or engage in deceptive, abusive or manipulative marketing.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or circumvent our systems or security.
  • Commit fraud, misrepresent your identity, or use the services for money laundering.
  • Interfere with other clients’ use of the services or the operation of the platform.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for activity in your account and for the briefs and materials you submit. Keep your access credentials confidential.

Consequences

We may investigate suspected breaches and, where appropriate, suspend or close an account or decline work. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Relationship to the Terms

This AUP supplements the Terms (User Agreement). Where this policy and the Terms overlap, both apply; the Terms govern in the event of any conflict.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Misuse may be reported to the relevant UAE authorities where the law requires.
